目的 :观察中西医结合治疗慢性再生障碍性贫血 (CAA)的临床疗效。方法 :应用氯化钴、雄激素及温补肾阳的中药为主治疗慢性再生障碍性贫血患者 2 0例 ,疗程 10个月。结果 :基本治愈 15例 ,缓解 2例 ,明显进步 2例 ,无效 1例。结论

Objective: It is to observe the clinical efficacy of traditional medicine combined with westerm medicine on chronic aplastic anemia. Methods: Twenty patients with chronic aplastic anemia were treated with chlorination, cobalt, androgen and chinese medicine which worm and nourish Shen?Yang for 10 months. Results: Fifteen cases cured basically, two cases remitted, two cases had marked improment and one case failed. Conclusion: Integration of traditional Chiese medical and western medical have better long?term and short?term effects on chronic aplastic anemia.
