摘要
目的 研究双氯芬酸钠的分光光度测定方法。方法 双氯芬酸钠与过量的亚甲基蓝反应生成一能被氯仿萃取的蓝色配合物。结果 方法的线性范围和检出限分别为 0 .9~ 5 .0 μg ml及 0 .4 0 μg ml。 结论 该方法用于药品中双氯芬酸钠的测定 。
Objective To establish a spectrophotometric method to determine the content of diclofenac sodium.Methods Based on a chloroform extractable blue ion association which diclofenac sodium reacted with an excess of methylene blue.Results This method was sensitive and had good agreement with Beers law in the range of diclofenac sodiumconcentrations of 1.0~8.0 μg/ml. Conclusion This method is applied for the determination of diclofenac sodium in drugs with a good precision.
