限局性银屑病的外用治疗 被引量：4

摘要 银屑病是一种慢性炎症性、增生性皮肤疾病 ,其中多数患者皮损面积少于体表面积的5 % ,局部治疗通常十分有效。对银屑病的一线治疗药物 ,包括角质溶解剂、煤焦油、地蒽酚、皮质类固醇、大环内酯类药物、甲氨蝶呤、维生素D衍生物、维A酸的疗效进行了系统的分析 。
