摘要
目的 比较白内障超声乳化植入折叠式人工晶状体 (intraocularlens,IOL)与聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯 (polymethylmethacrylate ,PMMA)人工晶状体植入的疗效。方法 将 1 2 8只眼随机分为两组 ,观察组 ( 60只眼 )植入亲水性硅胶折叠式IOL ;对照组 ( 68只眼 )植入PMMA一体型IOL。观察两组病例手术前后视力 ,角膜曲率和角膜散光的变化。术后 3个月散大瞳孔观察 68只眼IOL的位置和晶状体后囊膜混浊情况。对两组结果进行统计学分析。结果 术后早期视力、 1个月后手术性散光度数、晶状体后囊膜混浊的发生率、IOL位置试验组均优于对照组 ,差异有显著性 (P <0 0 5) ,术后 3个月检查时两组间的差异无显著性。结论 折叠式亲水性硅胶IOL便于植入及固定 ,术后炎性反应轻、恢复快 。
OBJECTIVE To investigate the therapeutic effects of silicon flex TM foldable lens implantation and polymethylmethacrylate (PMMA) intraocular lens METHODS One hundred and twenty-eight eyes were divided into observed test group (68 eyes ) and control group (60 eyes ) random After phacoemulsification silicon flex TM foldable lens were implanted in eyes of observed group, and PMMA lens in eyes of control group Changes of visual acuity, corneal curvature, and corneal astigmatism were examined in the two groups and these findings were compared according to preoperative and postoperative examinations At 3 months 68 eyes were examined by mydriasis, including the location of IOL and the degree of posterior capsular opaqueness A statistical analysis was performed between the two groups RESULTS At one month visual acuity, astigmatism, incidents of posterior capsular opaqueness and location of IOL after operation were significantly better in the observed group than that in control group( P <0 05), but there was no statistically significant difference after operation CONCLUSION The silicon flex TM foldable IOL is easy to handle during implantation, highly biocompatible, with less postoperative inflammatory reactions and shorter recovery period, and may provide satisfactory therapeutic effects
