一种泽泻混淆品的鉴定研究

Identification of a Variant Rhizoma Alismatis Orientalitis

目的 区别泽泻与混淆品的鉴别特征。方法 运用性状鉴别、显微鉴别和薄层色谱法对泽泻及混淆品进行了比较鉴别研究。结果 窄叶泽泻药材较小 ;显微特征内皮层细胞壁稍厚 ,木化 ,分泌腔较少 ;薄层色谱中在与 2 3-乙酰泽泻醇-B标准品相对应位置上不显斑点。结论 以 2 3-乙酰泽泻醇 -B为对照品 ,按实验条件进行薄层色谱试验 ,可有效鉴别泽泻及其混淆品。

OBJECTIVE To distinguish between the characteristics of Rhizoma Alismatis Orientalitis and those of its variant.METHOD Property identification, microscopic identification and thin-layer chromatography were used to compare and identify Rhizoma Alismatis Orientalitis its variant.RESULT Alisma canaliculatum A. Braun et Bouche was relatively small. The microscopic characteristics included thick endodermis cell walls, lignification and less secretory cavities. In the thin-layer chromatograph, it did not produce patches corresponding with those of the standard 23-acetylalisol-B.CONCLUSION With 23-acetylalisol-B as the control, thin-layer chromatography can be used to effectively distinguish Rhizoma Alismatis Orientalitis its variant.
