详细介绍真空冷冻干燥理论、装置设计和改进方法 ,并应用该方法处理一批战国饱水竹简。实验表明 :真空冷冻干燥法能有效控制干燥开裂 ,缩短干燥时间 ,指出样品预处理方法与真空冷冻干燥工艺条件之间存在密切关系。

This paper described the vacuum freeze drying, the design of the equipment and how to improve the function of the equipment. The result of applying this method in real treatment of the waterlogged bamboo shows that vacuum freeze drying not only is a good and effective method in controlling split and shrinkage, but also can shorten the time of drying. This paper also pointed out that the process of treating the samples before vacuum freeze drying is very important.
