Inviting Internet Bidding for University Equipment Purchases

采用电子商务手段 ,是招标采购模式发展的必然趋势。该文结合尝试招标采购上网工作实际 ,着重分析了网络招标方式与传统招标方式的不同之处 ,对如何做好网络招标进行了初步的探讨 ,并提出了一些看法。

It has become an inevitable trend to develop a tender invitation model for equipment purchases through e business. On the basis of the practice in the university's invitation to tender on internet for equipment purchases, this paper analyzed the differences between the internet call for tender and the traditional call for tender, to explore the ways to conduct the internet call for tender properly. Finally, some suggestions for the further improvement were presented.
