摘要 文章对心理治疗中循证医学方法的应用现状进行了综述,提出在心理治疗中应用循证医学中提倡的大规模随机对照试验的方法,积极创造更多的最新证据,特别应注意试验方法的规范;系统综述或荟萃分析也应更加详尽而深入。 This paper reviewed the me thods of Evidence -Based Medicine(EBM)used in psychotherapy.For discover ing and creating advanced evidences in this area,we must used the Randomized Con trolled Trial (RCT)amd Systematic Review(SR)of EBMin psychotherapy.The design of t he RCT must be regulated and SR must be detailed.
