Eph/ephrin与中枢神经可塑性 被引量:3

摘要 Eph/ephrin是目前已知的具有最多成员的蛋白受体酪氨酸激酶家族,在胚胎期表达可促进中枢神经系统分层解剖构造和功能塑造;在成年期表达可通过改变突触可塑性、影响神经干细胞增殖和分化以及调节神经再生等机制影响中枢神经可塑性。激活或抑制Eph/ephrin,可能对脑卒中等中枢神经系统损伤的治疗和康复产生重要影响。
