老年人平衡能力的特征

The characteristics of balance function of the elderly

目的研究老年人平衡能力特征。方法通过对189名老年受试者进行电脑化动态平衡仪感觉整合能力平衡总分测试;同时还分别进行平衡能力简单测试方法,闭目原地踏步、平衡木上行走、起立-走的测试、闭眼单足站立、强化Romberg检查的测试、垂直X书写、改良Wolfson测试、前庭步测试的测试。对以上测试结果的不同性别的不同年龄段作t检验。结果发现老年人随增龄产生的平衡能力变化特征:行动的迅速、协调能力、动态和静态抗干扰维持平衡能力、前庭功能、肌肉力量,随增龄而呈显著下降趋。结论随着增龄,视觉、前庭、本体等平衡感觉功能的退行性变化,必然导致平衡功能明显降低。

Objective To study the characteristics of bala nce function of the elderly.Methods Tests of Equitest,The Vestibular St ep-ping,Walking on a balance bar,Get Up-Go,Standing on one leg with the eyes closed,Romberg,the Vertical X Writ ing,improved Wolfson test,the Gait during ten step were adminis tered to 189elders,then all the testing results were processed with t ' test between two age groups for each gender.Results With aging the change of the balance o f the elderly was characterized by th e declining of such abilities or qualities as:swift-ness of movements,coordination of m ovements,the ability to resist inte rference to keep balance when being s tatic or in motion,the function of the vestibular system and the muscle strength.Conclusions Then I got conclusions that with agin g,the sense of balance comes from vis ual sense,the vestibular system and som atosensory of the elderly declining,the balance function of the elderly is decling gradually.
