运动疗法对高血压病患者2年随访观察影响

The effect of physical therapy on hypertension patients

目的探讨运动疗法在高血压病康复治疗中的作用。方法将136例患者,随机分成:研究组(70例),对照组(66例),进行临床对照分析。两组均接受药物治疗,研究组同时加入运动疗法。运动前及运动后2个月、4个月、6个月分别观察患者的血压、用药情况、随访两年内并发症。结果研究组于运动后平均收缩压与舒张压均有明显下降,与对照组相比差异有显著性意义(P<0.05);停药率与减量服药率明显优于对照组(P<0.01);并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论运动疗法加药物疗法较单纯药物疗法在减低血压、改善症状、减少用药、降低并发症等方面均有明显效果。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of physical therapy in the recovery treatm ent of the hypertension.Method156cases hypertension patients(phase I hypertension 84case,phase I I 52cases)were randomly divided into two group s:the treatment group(n=70)were treated by drugs and physical th erapy,the control group were treate d only by drugs.Blood pressure(Bp),drugs-used situation were mea-sured before treatment and 2months,4months and 6months after treatment ,all patients were followed up for tw o years.Results Average systolic blood pressure,average di astolic blood pressure in treatment group were obviously lower than that in control group(P<0.05);The rate of withdrawal and decrease drugs obviously higher than control group(P<0.01);the incidence of complication were significantly lower than control group(P<0.01).Conclusion We can achieve the obviously effect by the physical therapy add drugs to control blood pressure,improve syndromes,decrease drug an d complication than control group.
