摘要
目的 :根据达托霉素的作用机制 ,寻找与糖肽类抗生素无交叉耐药性的新抗生素。方法 :本实验建立了以脂磷壁酸为靶点的新抗筛选模型 ,并通过脂磷壁酸合成抑制模型对所筛得的阳性菌株进行复筛验证。结果 :从 12 0 0株放线菌中筛选到 2株阳性菌株 ,初步证明其抗菌活性显示出Ca2 + 依赖性 ,并在脂磷壁酸合成抑制模型上显示一定的抑制活性。结论 :阳性菌株 15 10和 16 15活性成分对MRSA等细菌具有良好的抗菌活性 ,值得深入研究。
Objective:To search for new noncross resistant antibiotics to lipopeptide antibiotics on the basis of the action mechanism of daptomycin.Methods:Ca 2+ regulating activity test model was set up,the samples screened out were assayed with inhibition activity on LTA(lipoteichoic acid) synthesis.Results:Two strains screened from 1 200 strains have inhibitor activity against MRSA and verified with inhibition activity on LTA synthesis.Conclusion:The active components of strains 1510,1615 strongly inhibit the activity of MRSA and other gram positive bacteria.They are worth to further research.
