药用炭对乳酸左氧氟沙星葡萄糖注射液含量的影响

Effect of activated charcoal on stability of levofloxacin lactate glucose injection

目的 :考察温度和药用炭用量对乳酸左氧氟沙星葡萄糖注射液含量的影响。方法 :用紫外分光光度法测定左氧氟沙星的含量 ,旋光法测定葡萄糖含量。结果与结论 :药用炭用量和温度对 0 .1%乳酸左氧氟沙星葡萄糖注射液中的左氧氟沙星含量有明显影响 ,而对葡萄糖基本无影响。

Objective:To investigate the effects of temperature and activated charcoal concentration on content of levofloxacin lactate in the glucose injection.Methods:Content of levofloxacin lactate and glucose were examined with ultra violet spectrophotometry and polarimetry, respectively.Results and Conclusion:Higher temperature and increased activated charcoal significantly decrease the content of levofloxacin lactate and have few effects on that of glucose.
