摘要
采用稻瘟霉模型生物活性追踪方法,应用多种层析手段,从褐藻叶托马尾藻(Sargassum carpophyl-lum)中分离得到5个甘油酯类成分,应用多种波谱技术和化学方法,分别确定为:1-O-十六碳酰基-3-O-(13Z-十八碳烯酰基)甘油酯(Ⅰ),1,2,3-O-三(10Z,13Z-十八碳二烯酰)甘油酯(Ⅱ),(2S)-1-O-十六碳酰基2-O-十四碳酰基-3-O-β-D吡喃半乳糖基甘油(Ⅲ),(2S)-1-O-十六碳酰基-2-O-十六碳酰基-3-O-β-D-吡喃半乳糖基甘油Ⅳ)和(2S)-1-O-十六碳酰基-2-O-(11Z-十八碳烯酰基)-3-O-β-D-吡喃半乳糖基甘油(Ⅴ)。5个化合物均为首次从该种海藻中得到,Ⅰ和V为新天然产物,Ⅱ-V具有诱导稻瘟霉菌丝变形活性和弱的肿瘤细胞毒性。
Five glycerides were isolated for the first time from the marine brown alga Sargas-sum carpophyllum by Pyricularia oryzae bioassay-guided fractionation method with a combination of extraction and partition as well as multi-chromatography. Their structures were elucidated as l-O-palmitoyl-3-O(13Z-octadecenoyl) glycerol(I); 1,2,3-Otri(10Z,13Z-oc-tadecadienoyl) glycerol (Ⅱ) > ( 2S)-1-O-palmitoyl-2-O-myristoyl-3-O-β-D-galactopyranosyl glycerol (Ⅲ) ; (2S)-l-O-palmitoyl-2-O-palmitoyl-3-O-β-D-galactopyranosyl glycerol (Ⅳ) and (2S)-l-Opalmitoyl-2-O(11Z-octadecenoyl)-3-O-β-D-galactopyranosyl glycerol (Ⅴ) on the basis of spectral analysis and chemical evidence. All the compunds are first reported from the species while Ⅰ and Ⅵ are new natural products. Ⅱ-Ⅵ showed activity causing morphological abnormality of Pyricularia oryzae mycelia.
