摘要
指出了回转刀具传统设计在二轴联动数控加工中的困难 ,给出了解决这一困难的原理及相应新型设计的通用模型和虚拟制造的主干通用模型 。
The difficulty of the traditional design of the revolving cutter in the 2-axis NC machining is pointed out, and the principle of solving the difficulty and the general model of the corresponding novel design are provided. The main general model of the revolving cutter in the virtual manufacture is deduced. The corresponding results of the typical revolving cutter are presented.
