摘要
针对特种回转面刀具 ,本文给出了独立于加工成型理论的一种五轴后处理技术理论模型 .它和相关的成型理论 [1] 共同构建了特种回转面刀具通用的 CAM技术 .该模型通过输入具体的机床参数 ,对包含位置坐标和方向矢量的砂轮刀位轨迹进行处理 。
In this paper, a theoretical model of 5-axis NC post processing of groove machining principle is presented for special revolving tool independently. This model, together with related machining principles, constructs the all-purpose CAM technique of special revolving tool. By inputting special variables of the machine, this model can process the grinding wheel path, which consists of the position coordinate and direction vector, and generates the processing program.
