摘要
在研究激光束能量模式基础上,对其变换及计算机模拟进行了分析,研究了激光加工过程中能量空间分布的调控方法,并将其应用于对激光束的刃磨.计算机模拟表明了刃磨光束在激光精密加工和新激光成形方法中的有效性.
Abstract: Based on the established mathematical mold about adjustability of space and mold in laser machining, some further mathematical simulations are presented in this paper such as mold adjusted, adjustable forming and machinning, face shape of deformable mirror. Then, adjustable and tranformative methods of space mold have been researched and their effects between laser beam and materials have also been simulated, which can be used to improve the quanlity of laser machining. The calculating examples, such as circular mold, rectangular mold, face shape of deformable mirror, show that the effective charts are very clear and very useful.
