摘要
以脱镁叶绿酸a甲酯为起始原料 ,通过与溴化氢的加成和四氧化锇的氧化反应对 2 位乙烯基进行化学修饰 ,合成了 2 位羟烷基或溴烷基取代的脱镁叶绿酸衍生物 ,再利用邻二醇的碳碳键断裂和羟乙基的氧化生成 2 位甲酰基脱镁叶绿酸a甲酯和 2位乙酰基焦脱镁叶绿酸a甲酯。
The modification of methyl pheophorbidea was carried out by means of the addition and oxidation in vinyl group at 2 position.The derivatives of methyl pheophorbide a substituted with hydroxyalkyl and bromoalkyl were synthesized.These substituted groups at 2 position of pheophorbide a were converted into formyl and carbonyl group by glycol cleavage with NaIO 4 and oxidation with TPAP.
