摘要 研究了稀土永磁场对磁性颗粒固液分离的沉降机制和作用规律。磁性颗粒在永磁场中所受的磁力是磁体磁化强度M和颗粒空间位置x的函数 ,随着空间距离x的增加磁力急剧下降。通过两组对比沉降实验发现 ,附加稀土Nd Fe B形成永磁场后 ,磁性颗粒的重力分离可以显著缩短自由沉降和压缩沉降时间 ,而离心分离则主要缩短压缩沉降时间。在受力分析和实验比较的基础上 。 Mechanism and characteristics of magnetic particle′s solid-liquid separation in rare earth magnetic field were studied. Magnetic force resulted from magnet is a function of magnet′s magnetization M and particle′s position x. It weakens significantly with increase of spatial distance x. Two groups of comparative experiments were carried out. It was found out that presence of Nd-Fe-B magnet gave much shorter free settling and pressing time in gravitational separation and shorter pressing time in centrifugal separation. Expressions for effective acting distance of permanent magnetic field in gravitational settling and centrifugal settling were summarized based on the analysis and experiments.
