湖北电网首次黑启动试验

First Black-Start Test of Hubei Power Net

湖北电网是华中电网的中心,三峡工程竣工带来的全国联网格局形成后,华中电网又是全国电网的中心。因此湖北电网的安全稳定运行将是全国电网安全稳定运行的基础。作为安全稳定运行的重要措施,电网黑启动在湖北电网中的试验研究与应用意义十分重大。湖北电力公司利用天堂抽水蓄能电厂机组成功地进行了首次黑启动试验。试验论证了,以天堂电厂机组为自启动电源,阳逻电厂机组为主要启动对象,三条220kV母线和两条220kV线路,共计168km的输电通道为路径的黑启动方案是可行的,并且是鄂东电网黑启动的最佳方案。

Hubei Power Net is the center of centre china power network.Its safety and stablity it is the base of work-ing safety of national power network.As an important measure,the blackout starting of power network has a fatal sig-nificance.Hubei power system caught through the first blackout start test by Tiantang pumped-storage pow er plant.The conclusion of the examination show that the project was doable and optimal.
