摘要
采用晶析法再生铝型材碱蚀废液可制取氢氧化铝超细粉体 ,通过试验 ,优化了结晶温度、分解原液氧化铝浓度、分子比、晶种系数等 ,结果在分解原液Al2 O3初始浓度 10 5g/L ,苛性比 1.6 ,晶种系数 1.0 ,分解温度 35℃ ,分解时间 6h的最佳操作条件下 ,铝回收率可达 4 4.8% ;采用低晶种系数 (0 .0 8~ 0 .30 )、苛性比 1.6~ 1.9和 6h的分解周期 ,可控制制取粉体的平均粒径为 11.1μm。
The aluminum hydroxide powder could be made from alkaline corrosion waste solution of aluminum section material by crystal seeds disintegration. The process conditions, such as crystalling temperature, concentration of original aluminum oxide, molecular ratio, crystal seeds coefficient, etc., were optimized. Results showed that the recovery rate of aluminum reached 44.8% under optimal conditions, and the average granularity of powder were 11.1 μm by process condition.
