摘要
介绍了JD 1硬膜防锈油的配方、制备工艺 ,筛选了溶剂、成膜材料和油溶性缓蚀剂。实验室理化性能测试及实际使用试验证明 ,该油具有膜薄 (小于 5 μm)、干燥速度快 (<10min)和防锈性好 (耐湿热试验 72 0h ,耐盐雾试验 16 8h)等特点 ,可广泛应用于机床、工具等机械产品的封存与防护。
The formula and preparation technology of JD\|1 antirust oil was introduced including the choice of solvent, film forming material and inhibitor. Results of laboratory tests and practical use showed that the oil had fine qualities such as thin film, dry easily and good antirust ability. The antirust oil was appropriate for sealing and rust preventing of machine tool and metal parts etc.
