摘要
通过最小抑菌浓度试验,研究茅莓根和叶挥发油的抑菌活性。结果表明,茅莓叶对大肠杆菌、巴氏杆菌有明显的抑菌活性,最小抑菌浓度(MIC)分别为10^(-7)g/mL、10^(-6)g/mL,优于链霉素(10^(-3)g/mL、10^(-5)g/mL)和黄胺类(10^(-4)g/mL、10^(-6)g/mL)。
The antibacterial activity of the essential oil from the roots and the leaves of Rubus Parvifolius was sdudied by the test of the least concentration of inhibitting bacterium. The result shows that the essential oil from leaves is more efficacious to Escherichia soli and shigella boydii with the MIC of 10-7g/mL and 10-6g/mL than streptomyin (10-3g/mL、l0-5g/mL) and sulfadrug(10-4g/mL、10-6g/mL).
