摘要
用高效液相色谱法从工业甲胺基阿维菌素中分离出 10个馏分 ,用电喷源 -串联质谱法获得各馏分的质谱数据 ,基于准分子离子和母离子的特征子离子 ,鉴定出甲胺基阿维菌素中含有2 1个组分。
