摘要
研究了液体苯乙烯 -丁二烯嵌段共聚物 (SBS)的合成 ,并对SBS进行了环氧化反应。适宜的SBS环氧化反应条件为反应温度 6 0℃、反应时间 3h ,m(SBS)∶m(双氧水 ) =2∶1～ 1 3、m (SBS)∶m(苯 ) =1∶1、n(乙酸 )∶n(双氧水 ) =1∶1、n(SBS)∶n(苯 ) =1∶1、n(乙酸 )∶n(双氧水 ) =1∶1,SBS的环氧基质量分数为 14%～ 16 % ,羟基的质量分数为 3 0 %。
The synthesis of a liquid styrene-butadiene-styrene block copolymer(SBS) was described.The favorable conditions for epoxidation of SBS were as follows:reactive temperature 60 ℃,receptive time 3 h,SBS∶benzene=1∶1(weight ratio),SBS∶hydrogenproxide=2∶1～1.3 (weight ratio),acetic acid∶hydrogenproxide=1∶1(mole ratio).The epoxy group content of product was 14%～16%.The hydroxyl group content of product was 2.9%～3.2%. The epoxide of SBS was used to make rubber-like product to make epoxy ester lacquer,to toughen epoxy resin and so on.
