通过列举实例,分析综述了在分析化学中应用有机试剂的发展过程。将其发展过程分为四个历史阶段:天然有机物时期(公元初——19世纪中叶);人工合成有机试剂的初始应用时期(19世纪中——19世纪末);试剂结构与反应性能之间关系的近代研究和应用阶段(20世纪初——50年代);现代应用和发展阶段(20世纪50年代及其以后)。

This paper reviews the development of using organic reagent in analytical chemistry by way of example. The development process is divided into four historical periods, period of natural organic matter (early Ao D.——medium 19th cent.), period of early application of Synthetic organic reagent(medium 19th cent----late 19th cent.), period of recent study and application of dependence in between stueture and reactivity of reagents(beginning——fifties of 20th cent.). period of modern application and development (fifties of 20th cent. and after it).
