摘要
以吉林化学工业公司 10 6kt/a丙烯腈装置为例分析了丙烯腈装置的能耗组成、节能降耗的潜力和可采取的措施 ,具体措施是提高四效蒸发器的效率、改进废水焚烧炉、进行废水焚烧炉副产蒸汽的改造和增设废气焚烧炉。改造后丙烯腈装置的能耗期望值为 170 2 7MJ /t。
The composition of energy consumption, possibility and methods of energy saving for an acrylonitrile plant were studied with a 106kt/a acrylonitrile plant of Jilin Chemical Industry Company(JCIC) as an example. The concrete methods were to increase the efficiency of the evaporator, improve the waste water incinerator to produce steam and add absorber-off-gas incinerator. The energy consumption of the acrylonitrile plant after improvement will descend to 1702.7MJ/t.
