摘要
针对输送管产生的晶间腐蚀裂纹 ,采用光学显微镜观察其显微组织 ,并用直读光谱仪和透射电子显微镜对材料的成分和腐蚀产物进行了分析 ,找出了产生晶间腐蚀裂纹的原因。可采用超低碳含Mo的不锈钢来提高输送管使用寿命 。
For the intergranular corrosion cracks of gas delivery pipe, the microstructure was observed by optical microscopy, the composition and corrosion product of pipes were analyzed by direct-reading spectrograph and TEM. The causes of intergranular corrosion cracks were given, and the service life of pipe was improved by using ultra-low-carbon stainless steel containing Mo. A good effect was obtained after two-year application.
