从商业秘密立法状况、商业秘密的内涵入手 ,讨论了如何认定企业的商业秘密 ,并就企业目前商业秘密保护方面所存在的不足之处 ,提出重视和搞好企业商业秘密保护的初步建议。

Starting from the situation of legislation and logic intension of business secret,this paper discusses how to decide the business secret in enterprises,and based on the deficiencies currently existed in the protection of enterprise's business secret,puts forward the preliminary suggestions for doing it well.
