高镍含量二元金属柱撑粘土的性质研究

摘要 生长法制得高镍含量二元金属柱撑粘土其插入粘土层间的柱高约 0 .74nm ,Ni在粘土层间存在形态类似于水滑石中镍的性质 ,6 0 0℃下仍能保持 1.5nm层间距 。 Bimetal pillared clays with more amount of nickel was first prepared with a new method-growth. The analysis of XRD shows that the pillar clay intercalated height 0.74nm.The result of UV-DRS shows that growing pillar possessing in the structure of spinel may have a behaviour similar to Ni in hydrotalc. DTA and XRD shows that this sample has good thermal stability. Under 600 ℃ it can keep 1.5 nm of the layered spaling. Pyridine adsorption IR spectra and TPD show that because of high Ni contained, the sample has more acidity.
