摘要
介绍了轻催化裂化汽油中含量比较高的两种戊烯 ( 1-戊烯和 2 -甲基 - 2 -丁烯 )与异丁烷在硫酸作用下的烷基化反应 ,考察了酸烃分散状况、反应时间、反应温度、酸烃比、烷烯比、硫酸浓度等各种因素对反应的影响 ,找出最佳反应条件 。
The contents of 1-pentene and 2-MB2 are higher in light FCC gasoline. Alkylation of 1-pentene and 2-MB2 with isobutane using sulfuric acid as a catalyst is introduced. Effects of rotation and time and temperature and A/H and I/O and acidity are experimented, and the optimum conditions are proposed. The foregoing is benefit for the petrochemical industry.
