摘要 在高危险性过程领域采用行之有效、安全可靠的保护系统 ,把事故发生的概率降到最低 ,确保装置“安、稳、长、满、优”运行 ,避免人员伤亡 ,不仅会给企业创造极大的经济效益 ,而且会产生极大的社会效益。阐述了以下两个问题 :怎样设计高可靠性容错安全控制系统———各基本参数对系统性能的影响及在一个模块级三冗余结构 (TMR)的专用控制系统中 ,如何在系统软件与硬件的设计中考虑这些参数 ;ESD系统在高危险性过程工业领域的应用。 An effective, safe and reliable safe control system adopted in a high dangers area not only reduces the accident probability to minimum to ensure plants smooth, steady and full time running, but also brings maximum economic benefits to enterprises and extreme benefits to society. The following two points are introduced:how to design high reliable fault tolerant safe control system--the effects of elementary factors upon system properties,and how to use these factors in software and hardware designs applied to a TMR system;Application of ESD system to high dangerous industrial area.
