管道密闭输送能降低能耗、减少环境污染、节约成本 ,SCADA系统是该工艺安全运行的保证。作为我国第一条长距离原油输送管道 ,提高克拉玛依—独山子线的自动化控制水平 ,实现密闭输送 ,具有重要的意义。介绍了克拉玛依—独山子线SCADA系统的组成、功能配置、系统的软硬件设计及系统各网络之间的通讯。经过两年多的运行 ,该系统对保证输油管道安全起到了积极的作用 。

Pipeline occluded can abase energy and reduce the environmental pollution and save the cost, the SCADA system is the assurance of safe operation for this technology. As the first long distance oil pipeline in China, increasing the automatic control capability of K D pipeline and realize the occlude pipe transportation has important significance. The configuration of the K D SCADA system and functional configuration, the hardware and programming of the system, and the communication between system and each layer of network is presented. Two years after the system put into use, it has the positive action for ensuring the safe operation of pipeline and a better economic benefit has been achieved.
