简要介绍了电磁流量计的工作原理和ADMAG双频励磁的原理及优点 ;电磁流量计在实际安装中应满足仪表的接地要求和前后直管段的需要、流量计导管的安装方向要求 ,并注意保护电极的绝缘性能 ,电磁流量变送器周围不应有强的电磁场 ;另外介绍了ADMAG变送器流量系数修正方法并针对在气化装置的实际应用中遇到的问题 ,叙述了所采取的处理措施 ,提出了电磁流量计的安装建议和体会 ,对电磁流量计在实际工程应用中有一定的参考价值。

The operation principle of electronic magnetic flowmeter and ADMAG dual frequency excitation principle and its virtue is briefly introduced; the requirements for grounding and length of straight pipe in front and back and installation direction for flowmeter tube must be met. The insulation of the electrode must be protected. There should not exist stronger magnetic field around the magnetic flow transmitter. The method of modification coefficient is introduced. The treating steps have been given out, based on the questions in real application in the gasification plant. Suggestion and experience for magnetic flowmeter installation is presented. It may be referred to apply magnetic flowmeter.
