摘要
Jacobi矩阵的计算是许多电阻抗成像图像重建算法中最重要的环节之一 .文献 [1 ]采用摄动法导出了一种Jacobi矩阵的快速近似算法 ,讨论了Jacobi矩阵标准算法的实现技巧 ,指出文献 [1 ]算法与采用本文实现技巧的Jacobi矩阵标准算法的计算量是一样的 ,而且标准算法计算出的Jacobi矩阵是精确的 .
The computation of Jacobian matrix is one of the key steps in image reconstruction algorithm of electrical impedance tomography. Based on the perturbation method, a fast approximation algorithm of Jacobian matrix is proposed in reference. The so called standard algorithm and some implementation considerations for computing Jacobian matrix are discussed in this paper. We point out the computation amount of the fast algorithm in paper is equal to the standard method when the later implemented with the method discussed in this paper, while Jacobian matrix computed by standard method is precise.
