盾构法隧道管片接头受力模式识别系统的研究 被引量:8

摘要 根据上海地铁二号线盾构法隧道管片接头形式 ,建立了能够完整描述接头在任一组合力(弯矩、轴力、联结螺栓预应力 )作用下的受力及变形性状的力学模型识别系统 该系统中的 5个模型由6条线路连接而成 据此接头模型识别系统 ,可以精确分析在不同的应力水平下接头的张角、接头的转动刚度等 。 Based on the joints in the shield tunnel segments practiced in the Shanghai Metro Line No.2, a mechanical model distinguishing system of the joints was founded which could entirely express the mechanical and deformation properties of the joints under any combined forces such as the moment, the axial force and the linking bolt pre stress. The model distinguishing system contains 5 models linked by 6 paths. Based on this system, a program was written to precisely analysis the joint opening angle, the joint rotating stiffness etc, and to judge the joint water prove ability according to the stress on the elastic seal cushion.
