高新技术产业化是发展知识经济的重要途径。高新科技产业化融资具有高风险 ,高投入 ,长周期 ,高回报四个特征。目前我国还没有合适的融资方式。因此 ,应大力发展风险投资 。

Hitech industrialization is the most important factor to develop knowledge economy,which is a hirisk activity and needs a great deal of money.Return of hi tech industrialization is very rich but it needs for a long time.At present there is no suitable way to raise money for hi tech industrialization in our country.So venture capital investment should be developed because it can meet the needs of hitech industrialization.
