摘要
员工工作满意感一直是组织行为学中的热点问题。本文系统探讨了国外和国内的有关理论 ,并指出各自的主要缺陷 ,提出几点启示 。
Job satisfaction of employees is always the fashionable subject in the Organizational Behavioristics.This paper systematically expouds the relevant theories at home and abroad,points out the main respective defects respectively.And we put forword some illuminating remarks,offering the reference on the research of job satisfaction for China's enterprises.
