摘要 汽车电动助力转向系统的基本功能是利用电机产生助力力矩帮助转向 与传统的转向系统相比该系统结构简单 ,灵活性大 ,能较好地满足汽车转向性能的要求 ;在操纵舒适性、安全性、节能等方面也充分显示了其优越性 阐述电动助力转向系统的结构和基本工作原理 ,建立了以方向盘转角为输入、转向轴扭矩为输出的线性系统数学模型 ,定量分析了系统参数对转向轻便性、跟踪性的影响 。 By using the power generated by electric motor, electric power steering system assists steering. Compared to traditional steering system, the construction of electric power steering system is simpler and more flexible, and it can better meet the requirements of steering performance. It also has advantages in fitness, security and energy saving. A brief introduction is given about the structure of electric power steering system and its working principles. The system can be simplified into a linear system formulation, with steering angle representing input value and the torque of steering axle representing output value. By quantifying system primary parameters, their influence on the handiness and track of the steering system is studied. The detailed system control scheme is also given.
