本文针对结构复杂、重量较大的耐压铝铸件的生产特点 ,分析了利用挤压铸造工艺进行生产的可行性 ,详细地提出了设计方案 。

This paper analyses the feasibility of producting using extrusion casting technology according to the productive character of casting of aluminum alloy with complex construction and great weight. It also proposes designing in detail,and points out the main problems which we should pay attention to in designing.
