试论高校“民主管理”

A Discussion of Democratic Management in Higher Institutes

民主管理是宪法赋予劳动人民的权利和义务。高等学校的民主管理既有成功的经验 ,又有许多值得改进之处。本文就高校实行民主管理的意义。

Democratic management is rights and obligations,which are given by the constitution.There is not only successful experience but also some points which have to be improved urgently.This paper probes the significance of carrying out democratic management in higher institutes.It also talks about the main form of this democratic management and how to promote it.
