摘要
HSV—2(333)是一种DNA病素,C型病毒是一种RNA病素。在接种3C型病毒的小鼠中白血病的发生率是41.02%,当用这两种病毒接种小鼠以后,白血病发生率增加到79.16%,单独用HSV—2(333)接种的小鼠和对照组的小鼠无白血病发生。实验结果表明HSV—2(333)对小鼠无致癌作用,它是一种辅助致癌因子。
The frequency of leukemia formation on mice inoculated with c-virus, a kind of RNA virus, was 41. 02%. But it increased to 79. 16% when HSV-2 (333), a kind of DNA virus. was inoculated along with c-virus. No leukemia was found in mice inoculated with HSV-2 (333) alone. These observations indicated that HSV-2 (333) was not a carcinogen itself, but a cocancerogen.
