摘要
越来越多的企业通过建立战略联盟谋求持续竞争优势,研发型战略联盟研发是其中的重要选择之一。联盟研发使企业对资源的配置跨越了自身的边界,促进了不同企业知识与能力的相互补充。同时,研发联盟不可避免地带来企业自身知识与能力的流失与扩散。企业在通过联盟推动研发的过程中,必须正确认识这一战略形式本身具有的风险性,有效控制风险。
More and more firms try to build their sustainable competitive edge throu gh strategic alliances.Collabo-ration in R&D is one of the most important forms.This alliance makes it possible for a firm to allocate resource s across many different organization s and obtain useful complementary kn owledge and capability from outside.Of course,such a choice may make the fir m' s own know -how diffuse unwillingly.Any enterprise should identify the risks during cooperation in R&D and t ry its best to control them.
