中西部地区民营科技企业成长环境和成长机制研究

Study on Environment and Mechanism C onducive to the Growth of Non -state -run S&T Enterprises in Central and Western R egions

发展中西部地区经济的关键是发展民营科技企业。目前中西部民营科技企业在成长环境和成长机制方面仍存在一些问题,本文针对存在的主要问题,提出了促进中西部地区民营科技企业发展的政策建议。

The key to boost the economy of centra l and western areas of China is to develop non -state -run s &t enterprises.The non -state -run s &t enterprises of central and western areas in China have a lot of difficult ies in their growing environment and mechanism.This paper,focusing on the e xisting major difficulties puts forward some policy recommendations on prom oting the development of mechanism o f non -state -run s &t enterprises in central and western regions of China.
