论述了产学研发展面临的机遇和挑战 ,提出产学研结合实现整合创新 ,是提高企业核心竞争力的关键。产学研结成同盟 ,在产学研内部形成三个一条龙的互动机制 ,实现校企双赢。
It describes the opportunity and challenge with the development of Industry-University-Institute Unification,and points out that integrated innovation realized by Industry-University-Institute Unification is key to increase the core competence of enterprises. Industry-University-Institute Unification can form an interactive mechanism of three series initiatives to realize win-win benefit between enterprises and universities.
