摘要
目前 ,高校师资管理在思想观念、管理模式、运行机制等诸方面均存在不少弊端 ,迫切需要加以改革。本文认为改革的原则是更新观念 ,从实际出发 ,遵循师资运行的宏观规律及其内在规律 ;改革的对策即政府依法治教 ,建立三个体制 ,构建师资管理整合系统 。
It is urgent to reform the administration of teachers in colleges and universities because of some misconceptions, inappropriate administrative modes and inefficiency of operation mechanism of the administration. The principles of reform are renewing conceptions, conforming to reality, and following the law of the teacher administration. The measures to reform are government's managing education with law; establishing three systems of free personnel flowing, society fostering teachers, personnel resource sharing, teacher administration conforming and efficient assessment.
