摘要
本文通过剖析当前我国高职教育的基本状况及其发展方向,阐述高等职业技术教育区域性研究的依据。提出,发展区域性高职教育应以与产业结构相适应的人力资源结构、区域现代化所要求的高等教育普及程度、建设学习化社区的实际需要和国际高职教育发展经验为依据,进行全国和各省、市、自治区为单位的高职教育网络性布局和投资,逐步建立区域性高职教育体系。并就如何发展区域性高职教育提出若干建议。
By analysing the current situation and developing direction of our higher vocational education,the article expounds the basis of the regional of higher vocational education.In order to develop re gional high er vocational education,we should take the structure of human resources adhering to in dustrial struc-ture,the pop ular level of higher education demanded by regional modernization,the needs of construct-ing learn ing commu nity and the experiences of the development of international higher voca tional educa-tion as basis to pro ceed network distribution and investment based on national,provin cial,municipal and au tonomous re gional unit,establish the system of regional higher voca tional education in our country.And then puts forward some suggestions on how to develop regional higher vocational education.
