摘要
课程政策的制定摆脱要么集权化、要么分析化的悖论,需要从思维上进行根本性的转换,这种思维转型表现在制定课程政策时,力求做到“变控制为参与”、“变寻求差异为寻求共识”、“变二元对立思维为共有思维”,从而使每一位与课程相关的人员都能积极参与课程政策制定的过程,表达各自的愿望,共同为我国课程的健康发展作出贡献。
In order to break away from either th e centralization of power or the decentralization of power,it is necessary to change the way of thinki ng in making curriculum policy,whic h requires the change from control to participation,from pursuit of difference to pursuit of agreement,from dyadically contrasting thinking to shared thinking,so that each person concerned with curriculum can participate in the policy making,express his /her wishes and make his /her contributio ns to the healthy development of curr iculum in our country.
