100例乳腺癌雌激素和孕激素受体的测定和分析

THE ANALYSIS AND DETECTION OF ESTROGEN AND PRO-GESTERONE RECEPTORS IN 100 CASES OF BREAST CANCER

对100例乳腺癌选用ER和PR抗血清,采用ABC法进行免疫组化染色,结果发现:ER和PR同时阳性者为40例(40％),ER和PR同时阴性者为26例(26％);所有病例随访3～4年,40例ER和PR同时阳性中有1例复发,占2.5％,26例ER和PR同时阴性中有12例复发,占46.2％,二者有显著差异性(P<0.01)。结果提示:乳腺癌ER和PR同时阳性病预后较阴性病例好,因此,同时测定乳腺癌ER和PR对临床制定乳腺癌的治疗方案和判定预后有重大价值和意义。

Breast cancer specimens from 100 patients were stained for the estrogen receptors (ER) and progestin receptors (PR) by the Avidin-Biotin Peroxidase-Complex (ABC) immunohistochemistry method. The results showed that both ER and PR were positive in 40 cases(40%), Both negative in 26 cases(26%). During 3 to 4 years follow-up period, one of 40 cases with ER and PR positive presented with recurrences (2.5%), whereas 12 of 26 cases with ER and PR negative group recured (46.2%). This differnce is significant (p<0.01). These results indicats that breast cancer patients with simultaneous ER and PR positive have a better prognosis than those negative patients. Therefore, the simultaneous measurement of ER and PR has the adrantages for taking clinical therapy and estimating prognosis of breast cancer.
