摘要
本文探讨了一种水发海参中游离甲醛的气相色谱测定方法。甲醛以2,4-二硝基苯肼衍生后,经OV-17柱分离,电子捕获检测器检测。方法灵敏度高,重现性好,且衍生产物稳定,室温下放置,4天内测定结果平行。
The sample of formaldehyde obtainedfrom the soaked seacucumber was derived by 2,4-dinitrophenylhydrazine and separated by OV-17 separator column,then measured by the electron-capture-detector.The sensitiveness and the recurrence of this method was both well,and the derivative was quite stable.
